    Could be a bad week for me as Kirkland & Angulo by TJO is the popular choice. Im going mostly by record here cos ive only seen a bit of Kirkland.

    I'm gambling a bit with the Albert and Gutierrez picks, but I really do favor them slightly, especially Albert. Kirkland is easy to outbox and his stamina isn't good because of the way he goes all out like a maniac early on in fights. All Albert needs to do is stay calm during the early rounds, tying Kirkland up when necessary and jabbing/countering from the outside. After the early rounds, Kirkland will tire and Albert will be able to relax and punish him using his superior boxing skills. Kirkland's power is very overrated and once he tires, he has very little on his his punches, slows down greatly, and gets even sloppier with his defense. He's basically like a JMW version of Katsidis (very aggressive fighter with a shaky chin and no defense) with less stamina and power.

    I think Gutierrez-Angulo is a 50/50 fight and I'm banking on Angulo tiring and not being able to handle a rough, long fight after being used to fighting short fights for a while now. His boxing skills also aren't anything special and although I'm not confident in Gutierrez's chin, I think he'll be able to take Angulo's punches while roughing him up on the inside and forcing him to fight at a pace he's very uncomfortable with. This is the type of fight that should motivate Gutierrez greatly and I think he is a lot more prepared for a war than Angulo is.

    Solid analysis but I differ on Kirkland. I beleive his youth and agression will win out.

    Angulo? Got some skills and olympic background but I see a guy who can be out boxed. I think Gutierrez's experience might make him a candidate to do it. I also feel a gamble with it
