Hey guys, just one fight this week and it'll be worth x2 points because it's one of the biggest of the year. I'll update the scores sometime this week or after the fight. Congratulations to bolieu_mtl, because he's tied northend after the Vitali-Peter and Dawson-Tarver fights. Should be interesting if they pick Hopkins-Pavlik differently. Later! Everyone has 3 lives (will be "saved" up to three times). This, to ensure top pickers are not demotivated by their failure to pick one week. Unless they all agree unanimously that it was a robbery, we go by official results. Good luck! :good If you're not in the league, sorry, but it's too late to join. Hopkins TKO 7 Have to be extreme here because I need a miracle jump in the league to place anywhere near the top. My real pick would have been Hopkins close UD.
I think TKO is a good pick, both in terms of your reasons why, but in a close fight on the cards I think they will give Pavlik the controversial win.
Yeah, I'm worried about Pavlik getting a gift/robbery decision too. That's why I'm not putting too much money on Hopkins.
One of the hardest fights to pick in a long time. Right now I'm leaning towards: Pavlik TKO 10. Bernards age will finally show and the pressure may just be a bit too much.
I hate to pick the same as Mtl but But it think it may be close . Pavlik by close dec. p.s Funny how were tied for first. Both from Canada and both from the northend of our towns.
