~ ESB's BIG FIGHT PICKS ~ Vote on if these fights should be included or not ~

The voting will end tomorrow night and the league thread will be made then too (unless all these fights get more "no" votes than "yes" votes).

I was going to include Mundine vs Soliman in the poll, but I realized it's Thursday night in Australia, which won't give some posters time to post picks for it.

You set up this league and made a system where people can vote for fights that they think are big enough to be included, so that's why I put this up. BIG fights are fights that are voted big enough to be included.

Witter-Bradley is a network TV fight between a 140 pound champion and an undefeated challenger. Diaconu-Henry could have been included, but we didn't have a vote for it.

Witter's, Froch's, and Williams' fights are on the internet. Bradley's are harder to find, but you could still make a guess. This is supposed to be a fun league, not a scientific system to find out who the greatest fight predictor on the planet is. Vote and calm your ass down.


I'm thinking about ending the league and announcing the winners after the end of the half year (last day of June). I'm going to be gone for the entire month of July and I want to change a lot of things in this league anyways. Decebal could continue it if he wants. He dropped out and left it to me because he said he didn't have time for it, but he seems to be on here every day still, more than me.. so I don't know.

This league turned out to be a lot more annoying than I thought because of a number of things and if it was my choice, I would change a lot about it.. but whatever. I'll definitely continue this league at least until the end of June and we'll see what happens from there. Maybe Decebal will continue it, maybe it will end there and I'll start up the new league that will run from August-December or I'll wait until 2009 begins.

The new league will be a lot simpler for you guys and easier/faster to run for me. Some more fights per week, less complicated rules, much less vote threads, and no rule changes after it's been started. More fun.

 

No, not yet. I'l get to it.. I'll put up the fights today and the tally this week. I thought I would have more time to do it this week but a couple of things came up. It'll take a few hours to add everything up because I haven't counted scores in a month or so.
