While I think he probably beats most top-rated lightweights out there right now, all it's going to take is one phenom prospect to come along and expose him for the mediocre energizer bunny he is (Gamboa anyone? ).

 

i know! that division is lacking in skills imo, one with the greatest stamina and workrate rules it right now.

 

And people are calling him a p4p top talent and saying he beats top-rated fighters from other divisions head-to-head. :-(

 

Curious to know, how many Brits picked Pavlik and how many US folks picked Calzaghe?

But you're right, PBF is the best fighter since Roy Jones.

Really overrated fighters i would have Juan Diaz and Joan Guzman.

Mabye pac isn't overated by most on this forum. But the amount the ones that do overrate him overrate him has to put him at the top of the list. I mean the amount of Pac vs Bear type threads that get made to make fun of howmuch these guys think that he's superman should be a pretty good indication.

But I will say this other then the ones that hate on EMM don't mind these guys cause unlike almost all other nuthugging groups here they actually want to see their guy in there with every fighter out there instead of making excuses for why he doesn't fight them.

 

Youre spot on..because unlike Mijares who is gassed only by ESP pseudo boxing gurus...alot of insiders think that Joan is really good...I think due to the fact that his style is so frustrating..Id like to see him get tested by an elite..

I was never impressed with Guzman..The Barrios fight says it all for me, he has nothin special. and dont even go to the Soto fight.

But as for The most overrated fighter? Fatton by a mile
