this guy lost to Manfredo it doesnt get any worse and should tell you all you need to know about him. Manfredo the mother****er who was embarrased by Alphonso Gomez in the contender can you see the 6 degrees of seperation.

Espino is hardly a fringe contender.

Hell, if Espino comes out of this fight a 'fringe contender', I figure he'll of probably lost a split and done incredibly well in the fight. He's nowhere near even 'fringe contender' bracket at the moment.

Golovkin would mop the floor with Espino.

N'Dan N'Jikam would Roy Jones him and Pirog would break him down aswell.

All of those guys are fringe contenders.

They're not Latino, and it's a Latin Fury card.

First of all, he didn't "sack" the Williams fight. They asked for a postponement, and Team PW (understandably) rejected it.

If Pavlik wanted to duck Williams, he wouldn't have gone and asked for the fight to be made. We wouldn't even be talking about it if it weren't for the fact that Pavlik conceived of the fight in the first place.

THis fight does nothing to enhance Pavliks reputation.......if anything it enhances Williams moniker as the most feared/avoided fighter.

Can't say I'm excited by this but Pavlik's got to do what he's got to do. He'll get bigger fights next year. Most fighters' careers are a series of peaks and troughs.

His hand injury is a genuine concern. In hindsight he and his team should never have agreed the Williams fight as it's made him look bad.
