Explain away. I know exactly what you mean, but I'd like to here what you've got to say for yourself on the matter.

You just compared Gary Lockett to Joe Calzaghe. You are an absolute tool. Accept it. I'm in no way, shape or form a Calzaghe fan, but I hardly think he 'ducked' Pavlik as you are incinerating. In fact, Calzaghe would of had a field day with a guy that slow, open, unadaptable, one-dimensional and predictable.

It isn't a terrible strategy. Pavlik is so used to fighting while going forward, who knows if he can fight on the backfoot.

However, he's going to have to walk through some big shots to do it.

The essence of it isn't bad, given that as you say it will put Pavlik on the back-foot. But I think it's pretty evident Espino doesn't have the presence and tools to back Pavlik up. In essence it's a good stategy, but it's one that Espino is very unlikely to execute well.

Lmfao @ Hermit talking like Espino is a world class fighter in which it be a big win for Pavlik. This fight is a disgrace. Pavlik vs Espino on ppv proves that Pavlik is not a draw on tv cause none of the networks Showtime or Hbo want anything to do of that fight. Pavlik should learn alot from Williams cause Williams didn't take an easy opponent in his last fight.

ok, but please admit you can seperate your anger over pav signing the fight when, as it turns out, he couldnt go and the reason why he couldnt go.

espino is no big deal. the fact that he is in the ring is a big deal. his hand still isnt 100%. if it werent for the orgs telling pav to fight by the 19th or be stripped he wouldnt even be fighting.
