"We are OK to move off USADA,” Schaefer, who is representing Mayweather, told ESPN.com. “What we’re saying, and what is important to us, is four things — that the tests be random, that they include blood and urine and the time frame, meaning when do you stop the tests before the fight but know they will still be effective. Three of them we have agreed on — random, blood and urine. So now it is a matter of the two sides working out the specifics of the cutoff date to assure it will still be effective.”

I would feel good if I were manny...floyd's camp thinks highly enough of him thast what he does is not naturally possible...so if I were pacman I would want to clear myself...Floyd's intentions are for a fair fight (why is that wrong)....why is soooo hard for pacfans to just say we hate floyd, he is a pain in the ass, but Pac should take the test and move on so WE THE FANS can see it instead of all this bull****!

It is true they wouldn't agree every boxer writer on the net saw through Arum bull**** when he said that and even wrote about the unlikely hood that Nevada would agree.

They even said bob arum wanted both parties to meet nevada mid january to discuss the proposal. That wouldn't have worked either as it would have been to far into preperation time for both opponents.

    Arum is full of ****.

30 days before the fight is no good and we both no why.

It has to be within the tail end of the training camp. But their needs to be enough time for pac to recover from a teaspoon of blood loss.

A 5 day cut off period is fine. Roach said it himself.

14 days is unacceptable. Pac dont need 14 days to recover from a teaspoon of blood. one week is cool

14 days is the perfect time to test - one at 6 weeks - one at 30 days one at 14 days and one straight after the fight.. that closes the window on anything being used..

Money Bob Arum came crawling back after giving Floyd a Monday deadline and Floyd rejected it. Haha the old man couldn't let those millions go like that.

PAC REFUSED TO NEGOTIATE THIS NEXT PART.

Instead he officially stance was no cut off date, just a test to be scheduled 30 days before the fight and after the fight.

Is it even possible for PAc to start juicing 13 days out from the fight and take advantage of that while still being tested clean right after the fight? I doubt it
