I could be wrong but I think Jamaicans wouldn't want USADA testing their athlete.

They will if there is scientific facts to support their claim.

In the words of Bob Arum, THEY HAVE NONE, NONE WHAT SO EVER. Plus I get to keep GBP's 20% from now on because I have documents.

You don't need to pay $10 mill if you go overweight but Pacquiao is demanding that. There are frequently extra clauses that go above and beyond the standard in boxing contracts. The blood testing has been in the contract for weeks. Why is it just now being challenged? Why is there video of Roach saying they agreed to olympic testing? Why is Pac saying his squeemish about needles and won't be tested within 30 days of the fight when he has tats and there is video of him beeing blood tested within 30 days of the Hatton fight(he looked perfectly calm in that video)? I don't mind Pac saying the blood testing is B.S and he won't do it. I do have a problem with him agreeing to it and then trying to weasel his way out of it via lies.

Kizer has gone on record as saying that their testing is designed to discourage cheating not stop cheating. With that being said, scientific facts about why blood testing is better than urine testing will not change their stance. I think it's funny how people keep ignoring the facts in this case. Pacquiao agreed to a stipulation and is now backing out of it. His reasons for backing out have all been proven to be bull****.

This fight wil not be made if Manny tests positive for steroids, growth hormone are cleaning substances etc.
A Juicer has got to make sure he is clean before agreeing to such tests.
    Manny is buying time.

Why agree to do a random blood test when it shows it's not even necessary? They leaked the contract disputes during negotiations trying to bully their way. They got Tagyrt on quote about HGH, then Conte pretty much raped that accusation. THERE IS NO CONCLUSIVE SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE THAT SAYS HGH IS A PERFORMANCE ENHANCER.

Fair play, sportsmanship, why didn't file a petition?

Although it looks suspicious I think that Manny knows that he can't beat Floyd if they fight within the next four months. I agree with Vivek's claim of such, and that Roach already stated they need a lot of time to prepare for Floyd.
