I'm not a Broner hater you fool, i'm a Maidana fan ( already lost 3 times so i'm already loyal). I actually enjoy most broner fights, very entertaining. he is an Idiot but that has got nothing to do with his Boxing skills/talent so not an issue.

I don't need to met him, Broner puts himself in the spotlight during interviews, Youtube garbage and twitter bollocks. If he isn't an idiot he sure likes to make himself look like one.

All the videos and interviews of Maidana i have seen, he has never made himself look like a fool, very normal and very quite and calm. No drama really comes from him.

Now answer my original question, if Maidana beats Broner will you still be a fan of Broner?.l.

I know he did, Maidana was awful that night. Looked in bad shape and had no full training camp as his trainer at the time got ill and later in that year actually died. He had a man in his corner who i had never heard of on fight night and he just looked disinterested to me after a few rounds. I was really disappointed in maidana that night and i expected a much closer fight but after doing a bit of research it was a bit understandable.

My Point still stands, Broner fights nothing and i mean nothing like Devon so its not a measuring stick of a guarantee that this means Broner also beats Maidana.

Maidana is better at the weight since the Devon fight, new trainer who has added improvements to Maidana's punch selection, he uses the Jab now to set up his power shots, he never did this before as he just threw haymakekers from opening bell. His punches are thrown a lot more straighter these days which increases the power. Add in the fact that broner won't clinch him over 100 times like Devon did then Maidana has a chance vs Broner.

Maidana's weakness is still the defense, Garcia has improved it slightly with better head movement and he actually even slips punches at times but maidana will also be a better offensive fighter than a defensive fighter so Garcia ain't going to change hiss style too much.

Maidana is also weak to the body, hasn't been stopped but if he does ever get stopped it will be to the body you would think. But has Broner got enough power at 147 to really hurt and stop maidana?, we know Broner had huge power at the lower weights but Paulie said his power at 147 is almost non existent and that would be bad vs Maidana IMO.

You just said it weak defence and being soft to the body Broner is going to be too fast for him.Tko late that's the way it looks to me.

If broner has the power, then yeah its possible and that wouldn't shock me at all. Paulie's comments about how little power Broner had plus me actually watching the fight, you could tell broner's power was different at the weight gives me hope that Broner wont stop Maidana. All we can do until fight night is debate as we don't know for sure what will happen.

I hope its a good fight anyway.

You could say the same for Maidana, minus the Devon fight so yes i do think it will be a good fight.
