    its the worst oversleeping makes you feel groggy and terrible. ive been on about 7hours a day for the last month and i feel great, but i used to be over 10 and i felt like death.

    Yeah, same here, my 5 hours a day I was a lot more perked up than I am now getting 8 hours, go figure.

    If I'm lucky I get 2-5 hours a day, insomnia is a mother****er, especially if you're sick.

    I've been consistently getting about 5-6 for years, I always felt like I wasn't getting enough, because like you I have a degree of insomnia, but now that I am, its too much, I can't win.:crybaby2:

    **** you survive on 5hours! cst!! thats not enough for anyone. :eyepop:
    ill be truthful i used to sleep about 12hours a day but i know 7-8hours is my perfect time frame. i often wake up during the night cold and alone........ LOL im not that drunk :godsdrink0nw:

    I can't go to sleep when I'm hot, I turn the air down to 75 degrees and turn my box fan on, I prefer keeping my house feeling like an igloo. Granted, its like 100 degrees here.:confused:

    Stevenson opening up a bit landing a heavy one two, then a straight left after that. Ruiz took it well, but can't handle the speed if Stevenson decides to unleash it. Another straight left at the end of the round bounces the head of Ruiz straight back.
