    maybe, tbh espn rankings shouldn't be taken seriously they now have Kovalev in the top 10 p4p yet his not number 1 at 175, adonis is yet he is not in the p4p:lol:

    GGG is #6, well ahead of Cotto.

    They recognized him as being better than Cotto despite not being lineal. I wander what our OP thinks of that since he thinks so much of ESPN's ratings.

    It doesn't matter how much if any weight I put into ESPN's ratings but your attempt to use them to prove a point blowing up in your face is one hell of an amusing fail.

    You're too goddamned stupid to know the difference between P4P rankings and the importance of lineal titles but I'm going to explain it to you anyway. I've got a few minutes to kill before your mom gets here to lick my nutsack - so what the hell...

    ESPN can rank Triple Duck #1 P4P if they want because, in the end, it does not matter. P4P rankings are SUBJECTIVE. Do you know what that means, Genius? It means that P4P rankings are as realistic and carry as much weight as your favorite fairy tale. P4P rankings are as meaningless as those alphabet titles that always seem to get your panties wet.

    OTOH, lineal titles are NOT subjective. Lineal titles are earned in the ring, not awarded by a consensus of idiots masquerading as "boxing experts". In order to be The Man, you have to BEAT The Man - and this is how lineal titles are earned - by BEATING The Man.

    Cotto and Stevenson are lineal champions of their respective divisions. There is NOTHING subjective, like P4P rankings, about that, Genius. The fact that ESPN has Triple Duck ranked wherever P4P is less than meaningless where lineal titles are concerned.

    1 + 1 = 2
