This below has also been said and posted on various sites. There goes Martinez saying they're fighting, which means negotiations. Then below is Pablo stating they're in negotiations.

So if team pac don't discuss a fight with mayweather,does that mean they're ducking him?

If team pac decide to fight Marquez again, they're admitting pac lost the third fight. I don't recall team pac giving Marquez a rematch after the second fight which many also felt Marquez won. It's also possible team pac is looking for any excuse to duck mayweather.
