Contreras has a hell of chin!

 

Hah, that was fun to watch.

 

Young Anthony is pretty damn impressive in there.

 

Holy ****. He just got hit with about 20-30 flush shots in that round and barely flinched. He either has supernatural punch resistance, or Dirrell has zero power. Crazy!

 

Actually this is his 18th fight.

 

Well of his 5 losse, Contreras only has one KO loss so maybe it's a bit of both. All I know is 5-10 flush right hands down the pipe usually mean good night Irene but this guy was eating them like pez'.

Scary stuff either way

 

I edited it. 12 fights prior to the 2 years off.

 

Anyone else think this is a 10-8 round?

 

I'm starting to look away with the amount of right hands this dude is taking.

 

Major lack of commitment to power.

 

Contreras keeps coming forward and throwing punches. Still Anthony is feeding him all sorts of right hands, the kind that normally knock a person out. I wonder if Dirrell is turning into his power properly.

 

Bingo.

 

I think Anthony's problem is that he doesn't sit on his punches and he has a good jab but doesn't use it enough.

Contreras gets nailed with a flush 5 punch combination in the corner and Contreras shalt not and will not die. Contreras is getting blasted and just walking him down. Just big power shots.

 

God DAMN. That round was savage, and that was a tired, half-assed attack from Dirrell...

The ref noticing the towel 15 seconds earlier and preventing even that much more punishment could have been very beneficial to Contreras' long term health.
