I would agree with you if it had been stopped after the first or the 2nd, but after a third time, it seems idiotic to say "Oh yeah, let this kid continue, he can bounce" back.

You never know what was going to happen, rosado could have got up and won ever other round.

Fight was stopped way too early, you have to give the fighters a chance, it isn't the refs job to decide the ponts, fact is Rosado was not seriously hurt.

You stop the fight because the fighter is hurt, not becuase he fell down too many times, unless there was a 3 knockdown rule.
