    It's endearing in a way. When he was first taken out to America by Steve Goodwin, he met Sugar Ray Leonard. McDonnell didn't know who he was but Goodwin encouraged him to get a pic taken. Afterwards, McDonnell asked Goodwin "was that guy any good".
