To be honest, i think Zab is wasting too much time with these fights. Ya, i realise this might be interesting on some level, but i really dont care about this fight other then it being a zab fight.

He needs to get his stuff rolling, he can knock out all these lower guys he wants and it simply doesnt matter. Hes always going to be a fighter that looks impressive against subpar comp. I want to see him vs Khan, Ortiz, Alexander, Bradley, Maidana, ect, ect.... and hes only wasting time until those fights happen, imo.

Im aware they tried making the fight and everyone turned it down, but it could be because zab is being delusional on what hes worth. I know hes turned down a lot of fights because he felt he was getting lowballed.

idk.... we will see how it plays out i guess, but i just want the zab train to start rolling again, these pit stops against these guys simply dont excite me in the least.

I dont think he should rush into the title fight. The guys w/ the belts can all fight, so he needs to be sharp & really on top of his ****. He had a little bit of a lay off & his conditioning was always suspect, so I think he's doing the right thing. After this fight it looks like he'll be in contention for a title, so like Zab said in an interview a few weeks ago, he's looking for a shot early 2011.

I hope it's Vazquez. I think Vazquez would whoop that ass plus it would be a good fight.

An Escobedo fight I think would turn out to be boring with both guys looking at each other too much.

An impressive win against a 27-0 prospect esp with all those KO's looks nice on the resume and on HBO does a lot to get one self a title shot. Plus Golden Boy aint throwing Ortiz in with Zab and the others arent running to fight him either.

Good fight for him to get back on HBO and get back in the public eye against a good prospect. It's hard to go from knocking out a fringe contender on ESPN2 to fighting one of the top fighters in the division esp when all the top guys are young and Zab is an old fighter who's looked at as past his prime or maybe even shot but still might be extremely dangerous and making a comeback. Not really a risk these young guys wanna take. Sure they would all like him on the resume but not at the risk of losing to him. Zab has a better shot at getting a fight against these guys if he looks like **** and just barely wins then if he looks great and destroys LMM.

Zab is taking a somewhat tough one. I wonder how he'll lose this time. I mean...unless this is a "focused" Zab Judah, of course. Because if he's a "focused" Zab Judah, he doesn't have to worry about anyone.
