Yes, I think that would be a fantastic scrap. I'm impressed by the recently developed body game of Caterall, and Davies has had a good dig to the body for a while now. I wonder how the bookies will split the two if they're to fight? I imagine Caterall will be a small favorite if he's to win tonight, due to Davies already having that loss, avenged and all.

He is with Jamie Moore now so not surprised body work is improving, good attribute to develop and might be the element that makes the difference when they fight.

Who would you favor? I think I would back Caterall, slightly, if he's to come through tonight with flying colors.

 

Think the televised undercard bouts are starting at 2 or shortly after, if anyone's interested.

 

You know. I think Davies is a live dog in that fight.

It’s Davies’ jab/right hand and power VS technically better boxer with a solid, if unspectacular inside game. I’d say either Davies late TKO or Catterall scrappy points win.

Round 1: 10-9 Benson

Benson landed a couple of solid right hands behind his jab while most of the round was cautious from both fighters. Coyle pushed the pace more, but Benson landed the best shots.

 

Might be putting an early bet on Uruguay @16/1

Coyle more aggressive now but not landing too much. Benson sneaking in the uppercut several times. Big right hand from Coyle at the end of the round but Benson returned the favor. Close round.
