Speaking of KD's, the replay clearly shows that Herring was robbed on that no-call a couple of rounds ago.

 

Roach jabbing into the void, then jumping in, flailing right hands, missing, and tying up. That is his entire continuum of strategy right now. Herring just pop-pop-popping with that right jab and keeping firm control on things...until the final twenty seconds! Wild right by Roach dings Herring on his temple and scrambles his equilibrium! He flops back into the ropes and is fortunate that Roach is such a sloppy and ineffective finisher!

 

Wow, that was a downright Amir Khanesque gas station wavy man dance Herring did after catching that second looping right on the side of the head. Surprised he stayed up.

 

Ward has it 105-104 Herring.

 

Roach carrying his aggression from the momentum-swinging eleventh into the final round, but can't find any tidiness on the front-foot. Herring too savvy, walking him onto flush counter right hooks and sliding outside inch by inch on the ball of either foot, despite his weariness being readily apparent in his rickety legs.

 

Alright, despite having missed the first half, going by @CST80's scorecard and the fact that even company man SOG has it at best (for Roach, assuming he gave him R12) a draw...I'm going to be mad if this ends up being a comfortable decision for Roach. Which it well might, because this sport really does suck. :
