Rudenko wasn't being hurt at all.

Rudenko was pretty much just a punching bag in there (although he did land a fair amount of shots early) but I really liked that bodywork and volume from Anderson.

Man, you show your viciousness in some realms but not in others.

Yea, we knew Anderson could unload on a way past it, immobile, inactive fighter.

Still, his punch output & body shots is impressive. Put him in with Ajagba.

Some of these body shots were the same or lower that the Usyk fight and the ref said nothing, just comparing.

Not the best stoppage. Strange day for boxing.

That fight accomplished exactly what it set out to do - make Anderson look good without putting him in any real danger. His defense looks a bit improved, but still letting too many shots come through. Someone with heavy hands is going to be a real problem for him if he doesn't tighten it up more before stepping up. That's something he can do if he stays busy and continues to work on his defense.

It’s not rocket science: If you’re not hurt at all, when the other guy runs a bunch of punches and keeps throwing, maybe throw a punch back here and there. The ref doesn’t know how hurt he is or isn’t, and not throwing back anything at all forces him to make a decision.

It looked like he was playing possum waiting for Anderson to get arm weary.

Oh, were they saying "repeatedly punch the crap outta the slow and stationary geezer in front of you"? Good job!

Good read. Can you imagine what a David Tua type would do to him. Same reach as Rudenko, threw the same left hook that kept landing for Rudenko, but with magnitudes more power and speed.
