because most of them do look terrible nice to see one finally win.. good for dogboe he showed heart atleast.

A thing which always bugged about Jennings is that he has a 84 inch reach and fights in a high guard style like a Arthur Abraham.

 

...And skill...and power...

 

He's a bit more versatile than Abraham, though, no? The problem with Abraham was always that he just sat behind that high guard for 8-9 rounds doing literally nothing until the opponent exhibited signs they were tired.

That isn't a bad defensive formation if you're doing more with it than just biding your time for long stretches of the match (see Winky Wright)

 

Diego De La Hoya is number one in the WBO rankings at 122lbs. I think a fight btx Dogboe and DDLH could be fire.

 

Dogbee got away with a low blow though but he was bossing late and the fight was in the bag by then.

Surprised the usual suspects didn't complain about the huge uppercut to the nuts that Dogboe landed to end Magdaleno. Estevez missed the call big time. Magdaleno was right to complain. His testicles took a Cottoesque type low blow.

 

I think if they both perform at their absolute best, I favor DDLH to shade it, because I don't think he'd make the mistake of looking for a big shot and simply look to score points and keep it in ring center. But if Dogboe can either cut off the ring consistently, or find a way to make Diego come to him and counter with something big, he could easily take down and inflict the first loss on another undefeated fighter's record.

 

Intentional low blow at that. Should of given time for Mag to recover.Steves messed up. Jessie had every rights to complain, he said he hit him low 4 times. It was intentional as well.

 

The boards only care when certain fighters are hurt by testicle shots. It's actually a really fascinating phenomena.
