Irusta has given Medina two rounds on the spin.

The young San Antonioa native is making it undeniable, and really shutting up the several hundred (maybe a thousand?) at the Domo Binacional.

(I can't find any capacity figures on this venue to save my life...so, just eyeballing)

The Binational Dome as currently configured seems like the same size roughly as The Royale in Boston, which seats up to fifteen hundred for boxing events.

    60-54 Ricky Medina

Irusta now has it a draw. (3rd-6th for Medina)

Valdez back to his clinching ways from the first few rounds. Ref letting them work out of it themselves, intervening only after several seconds of inactivity.

Medina's mouthpiece came out, and Valdez doubled up on the aggression and tried to break the kid's jaw, what a hateful slimeball this mother****er is. Probably jealous that Medina is waaaaay better looking.

Tape came loose of Medina's wrist again, delaying the start of round eight by a few seconds.
