Mosiños is sliding both feet back and walking Cabrera onto counter hooks and uppercuts. Cabrera is dropping a level and jabbing on the waistband or shooting line drive rights up into the chin of Mosiños. Cabrera unable to get close without getting hit in multiples. Late in the round, just before the bell, Cabrera is able to bash home with a few left hooks.

Huge knockdown by Cabrera early in R2! He continues hammering down on a shellshocked Mosiños with heavy underhanded body shots and sandbag overhands to his dome. Mosiños boxing away behind a jab, trotting for dear life and kicking into a lateral gallop when needed to avoid the ropes, but Cabrera stays on the hunt and lands a couple of solid hooks late.

Despite clearly being the underdog here, Mosiños has mixed at higher levels than Cabrera to date. A couple of years ago the Mexican even held Elwin Soto to a SD.

 

They just had technical difficulties ruin the whole last minute of round 3. Cabrera was winning what I saw of it.

Cabrera is 9-2-1 but has only faced nine different men professionally in his twelve outings. He fought a trilogy with Edwin Vallejos Davila (beating him twice and then drawing) and both of his losses are to Kevin Adonis Arias Vivas (via UD4 and then SD4 in their rematch)

 

Heavier eye-catching shots are still coming from Cabrera but Mosiños keeps hanging in there attempting to claw his way back into this.

 

JulianisJulius gave Mosiños the 4th and Cabrera the 5th, for a 49-45 card halfway through.

 

Nasty body whips from both to close out the sixth.
