ESPN : Lamont Peterson vs. Kendall Holt Feb. 22nd on FNF.

I got Peterson, though.

 

This is an HBO worthy type fight. I think Peterson will take it, possibly in dominant fashion. Holt's only real chance is a KO. Without that, he's going to get frustrated and outworked.

Possibly. His heart has been questioned at times. He just doesn't seem to have that warrior spirit, something Peterson has. Peterson is going to be on him and i don't think Holt will like it. Maybe quitting late.

Holt seems to be maturing and improving with each fight despite his age. He's been around the block and learns from each fight whether it's a win or a loss. He gave Bradley and Garcia hell before losing to them. I think Holt still have some gas left in his tank and he knows this may be his last chance and the time to fight his best is now. And now Lamont with no peds Holt with his speed, power, and experience will humble Lamont. Rated R is on a warpath he's going to **** up that cheat Lamont with hellacious body shots and right hands.

I like this fight. Gonna go with Holt. Petterson has pudding fists ,Holt can take a good shot and can give one back harder. Plus Petterson will be on the backend of a roid cowndown.

 

I'm still rolling with Peterson on points for the purposes of this poll, consistent with my vBetting, but have this nervous feeling in the pit of my stomach...

I have no dog in the race. Longtime sort-of fan of both. (ie, root for or against them more depending on their opponent... mostly neutral. Hoped Peterson would beat Ortiz and Khan, but lose to Bradley and Cayo. Hoped Holt would beat Torres and Hopkins, but lose to Bradley and Arnaoutis)

If Kendall pulls it off, I'll be unsurprised and not unhappy except for my lost vCash. If Peterson does as expected, I'm not broke and not broken up about it either.

Peterson will win via tko disregarding all the drug cheat stuff peterson is the real deal imo a solid fighter with potential for great things
