ESPN lodge massive bid for UFC

    i dont know too many people who have the accent. Got a mate from Patchway sounds a bit like a farmer but other than that it seems to be the somerset types and Jethro who have that lol

    Presumably because the contract is free and there are a lot of UFC fans out there. As a footnote, ESPN also know they need to get more than subscribers who are just interested in footy coverage.

    Because it has a decent sized, loyal fan base and its a peice of **** to cover.

    Yes. The signs are looking good.... although I heard Haye is already in negaotiations with Sky.

    Looks like they are thinking about picking up Hennessey as well as I don't think I've ever seen a Hennessey fighter on Sky's website until the other day. ESPN better react fast.

    How do you guys think espn will be sold on sky, will people have to subscribe to sky or will it be a standalone channel.

    some people don't wanna pay sky a minimum of £16.50 though and virgin isn't in all areas.
