Round 8

For two straight minutes to start the round Castaneda dropped bombs on him, and Guzman was jelly legged most of the round. Guzman took the best from Castaneda and still makes it out of the round and actually lands a combination at the end of the round.

Castaneda clearly fatigued after spending so much energy to put it on Guzman last round. Guzman has his legs now and his doing his best to control the distance. Nice jabs from Guzman, and a good left hook. Castaneda not as accurate this round and in the last :15 they both exchange some vicious shots.

Castaneda desperately trying to land his telegraphed shots, and Guzman has enough awareness and skills in him to get him out of any type of trouble unlike earlier. Castaneda tries to call him out for his running but Guzman does not change his strategy. They finish the fight with a flurry of punches and Guzman again gets the better of them and wins the last round
