Well GBP isn't half of what it used to be as far as popularity, and neither of these 2 guys are well known or really crowd pleasing.

But 2-3 maybe even 4 of those rounds easily could have gone Gesta's way. There weren't a lot of clear rounds tonight.

Gesta has already been around the block and while game isn't beating the elite guys.... Manzanárez doesn't know how to use his tools. Too weak and lanky.

 

Found that fight hard to watch. Too much clinching from Manzanarez, needs to cut that out.

 

Good scores. Close fight that could have gone either way. Glad Gesta got it.

 

Well, I had $300 dollars on Manzanarez...

 

I can see how it was scored for him. In the second half, it was Gesta going wild and landing some flashy punches.
I dont think it's a hometown decision, just judges paying more attention to big punches thrown.

 

I was trying to eat dinner while watching the fight and Manzanarez was giving me indigestion. I'm glad the judges scorecards didn't match mine.
