i have no set hours to eat, i just eat when im hungry, so i end up gorging once a day, usually. this type of eating habit doesnt let my body store fat, cause it burns it for energy in the second part of the day before the next meal, cause ive already burned through the carbs i ate last. 6 pack requires no maintenance, so im really not very strong in the core, just looks good.
