It is Pac who is dead in the water, because in boxing, there is no protocol.
Every fight contract is different with different stipulations for each fight.
    ........ringsize, gloves, weight, catchweights......

......are we now to have Cotto sue Pacquiao because there was as catchweight stipulation in their contract and it was Cotto's welterweight title they were fighting for and the rules of boxing state that a boxer can come in as high as 147 lbs for a welterweight fight, and the Pacquiao side did'nt allow him to do so?????

Different stipulations for every fight.....There has'nt been a fight contract signed, so its not like Mayweather is backing out of a signed contract agreement.

Do you think Pacquiao would win a case because an opposing side wants a stipulation in the contracts where both get tested legitamately for doping?:lol::nut:nut

Pacquiao is bluffing, he is'nt going to go through with any lawsuit, because if he does, he's going to end up having to pay the court and Mayweather's and GBP's costs out of his own pocket.
In the United States, if you file a lawsuit against someone and lose it......you have to pay the costs of the other side having to spend money to defend itself.

Manny Pacquiao if he files a lawsuit, at the very least will not go through with it, because he's not going to win a case in court when contracts have not been signed.

A defamation lawsuit is not going to hold up in court, because neither side has directly accused Pacuqiao of doping, all that has been done here is for one side to want a stipulation in a contract where both athletes legitately test for doping!

As far as I know, Mayweather has not directly accused Pacquiao of doping.
If Pacquiao wants to sue, he has to file that lawsuit againt Mayweather Sr. Paul Malignaggi, and possibly Kermit Cintron........and even then Pacquiao has a battle on his hands as those persons have only voiced concerns and suspiciouns, and stated reasons why they feel Pacquiao "may be" doping.
I dont believe either of those guys have stated, "No question, Manny Pacquiao is doping!"

I'm glad team Floyd has not been talking much. They only came out to say they wouldnt do the fight without the test.Manny Pacquiao is just like that when it comes to negotiations. He has a ritual where the fight has to appear like it's off then after a week or so it's back on.The best way to deal with such behaviour is just to ignore it.If Manny wants to fight Malignaggi then let him fight Malignaggi.Malignaggi and Bradley will both look like fools at the end of this.
Back to the NSAC,they are not going to test Manny Pacquiao's blood. They might take a sample but they will not test the blood, that's a self defeating move.It is in their best interest to maintain the status quo.Same goes with WBC,they wouldnt want Manny to be found positive of any drugs, that will show badly on all boxing administration. If Manny is caught the whole boxing administration will appear incompetent. In a way it is their duty to make sure boxing is clean so I expect Floyd to be alone in this fight.

I just posted something similar in a different thread.
You are right, the NSAC would not test any fighter in their jurisdiction with blood samples because they must apply uniform rules for every athlete, not just a specified one.
If they tested for blood just for the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight, they would have to do the same for every fight that took place in Nevada, or risk getting sued by other athletes that tested under Nevada if the need arised.

Ah yes its super simple. Take the test and the money and whip Floyd's ass. If it was so simple to whip Floyd's ass this fight wouldn't mean anything in the first place.

the NSAC does no random testing, no blood testing at all, simply one urine test before the fight and one urine test after the fight.

They do not test for EPO or HGH.

This is the same testing that allowed Mosley to test clean time after time even during the fight that he admitted he used peds.

Pac is refusing to do it any other way.

Which is the reason that they are making it so tough. Pac is use to coming into fights with all the advantages. his fans have no problem with it as long as its him with the advantage.

The problem with this fight is neither man will make as much money fighting anyone eles, but Floyd would be the one that could make more fighting anyone eles??? Floyd could, In not saying he should, fight Cotto and that PPV would still do 20% more then Pac vs Cotto did.

Point is unlike Hatton, Cotto, and Oscar at that point Floyd has more options and higher paying options then Pac. Both guys could go on a make a ton of money without fighting each other, but that isnt what everyone that isnt a *******s wants to see. *******s are perfectly happy to see Pac go on and fight Paulie Maggs or Bradley, while everyone eles only wants to see this fight.

He shouldn't have to do more than required by state laws, plain and simple.
