Because it shows Margo looking directly at the hand being wrapped. It proves nothing other than the fact that he wasn't sleeping, or zoning out, or letting Capetillo borrow his hands for a time while he took care of some other things or all the other alibis that some guys have come up with for that moment.
If the picture is to be taken at face value, it shows that he was at least there and watching.

Just like most crimes... a guy shoots someone in a store and jumps in a car another guy is driving... both are just as guilty. i know thats an extreme example, but margo can blame his trainer all he wants. Both are guilty... and trying to side step California by going to Nevada is a chicken **** move IMO

 

To me it boils down to this....... you believe Margarito when he claims that he didn't know, or you don't.
I will not pass judgment on those who say they believe him, even though I don't.

However, I take exception to those who are trying to distort, dilute, or otherwise devalue facts, and in there place insert(no pun intended)bogus, self-serving information.
