I thought it was about Manny not wanting to take the chance of being tested too close to the fight, for fear of being weakened by the blood test. Hence, the cutoff. Now...it's about the agency. :huh

wow, from what cave have you been hiding from? Blood testing has not been an issue since the second negotiations which Floyd vehemently denies ever happened till this very day (despite HBO Sports Chair Ross Greenburg who mediated the second nego, calling him a ****en liar)

I'm interested as to what his fans will say about this. IF Floyd insisted on USADA, as opposed to WADA, what would they think?

Pacman's always has wanted this fight! I don't think Bob Arum did but Pacaniao did! Now he knows Pac is going away soon anyway hewants to make sure he gets that payday because now it doesn't matter if he wins or loses at this point because he won't be making him mcuh more money anyway.

Wrong. Arum is just reiterating what he's always been saying all along and what Pac has always been saying too. This time, his words matter more because everyone is expecting that it will not fall on deaf ears since floyd is already out of his self-imposed vacation.

This time, i hope floyd finally takes notice and responds instead of pretending that these interviews do not exist.

I've followed this pretty closely. They have always negotiated for a cutoff. Yes, I have seen Pac's ambiguous statements from the one video, where he nodded in agreement, to accepting "all" of Floyd's demands, as the reporter presents leading questions. Manny defers to his handlers to negotiate for him. Koncz cleared up the matter on HBO. They negotiated for a 7 day cutoff. Has Arum or anyone else in that camp came out and said Koncz's statements were false?

Anyway, the issue was not USADA when he supposedly agreed to "everything" during the second talks. But, all of a sudden that's the sticking point. Arum is presenting another potential roadblock. During the first negotiation Floyd gave them the choice of the agency, as long as the testing was randomized urine and blood testing. But, then the issue was about the blood testing and cutoffs...not about any specific agency. Can't have it both ways. What's the real issue here...that Arum wanted to get everything he could out of Manny (and Manny was fine with this), before agreeing to something, they could've easily agreed to two years ago? Pride? I thought it was about the fans.

Just making my point here. I'm glad to see a DEFINITIVE yes come from Team Pac, on this matter. I think Floyd should agree to use another reputable WADA sponsored agency, if that's what it takes.

This fight WON'T happen. Every time they negotiate they pick situations when BOTH are already scheduled to fight just to attract the media 100% which helps promote their next fights. When both are done with their next fights watch out for the topic to die off and quick.
