lol, you can get a row of tickets anywhere.

They should just embrace the 30k as a success and stop blatently lying about it.

Majority of people in the public and in the industry are siding with Manny. The polls regarding this situation speak to that and all of them are heavily in favor of Manny....NOT Floyd's stance.

Most of the people who do the polls are casual fans....not hard core boxing fans. Refusing the blood tests isn't an admission of guilt but a firm stance against the one who spread the lies and rumors without evidence. MOST feel Floyd has acted irresponsibly and found a way to kill a fight that he seemed to be worried about. None of that would have been the case if Floyd hadn't been so vocal about how EASY Manny would have been and how eager he was to PROVE He was head and shoulders that better fighter.

So when the fight was on the horizon we saw Floyd change his tune and do a complete 180.....where he was confident and eager to beat Manny and prove he would outclass the over hyped smaller boxer, to where he is now accusing Manny of being on some "A MEFF" peds that makes him super man. ANd demanding that only way that he'd face Manny is if he take blood tests.

Arum is full of ****, and anyone that believes what he says on face value is a fool. Im sure they will sell more tickets, I expect that by this time friday there will be fewer ENTIRE rows that you can buy. But for them to not only say that the fight is sold out, when anyone with a computer can see that it isnt and actaully have people believe and defend it. But to say that 45,000 is a sellout after saying they were hoping for as many as 80,000 is a joke. And once again have people defend and believe it.

I have not seen those polls you talk about. Bacause the ones that I saw at sites like ESPN the "Majority" said that Manny should just take the test. As well as the "Majority" felt that if he wasnt on anything whats the problem with taking the test.

well the blood tests were in the initial contract that floyd signed and arum agreed to, so there was no 180 from mayweather camp, and the public is not siding with manny, not at all, polls on any boxing site do not represent the general public or the casual fight fan, not even close

You keep throwing these numbers around, 100k, 80k. FIND ME AN ARTICLE WITH A QUOTE FROM ARUM OR JONES SAYING THEY WERE AIMING FOR THAT OR STFU! You are just outright lying now. I can find you 10 articles right now saying they wanted 40-50k, you wont be able to find one that says 100k. From the start they never aimed for that much, as soon as the deal was made they said they were reconfiguring the stadium to fit 45k!

    Twat!

It was alluded to in the article that the other ******* posted. But like always *******s only read or hear the parts that backs thier argument. Jones and Arum both talked about how great it would be for 100,000 people to watch the fight. Did they aim for 100k..Of course not, did they hope for that many??? of course they did. Point is if you want and hope for that many doing only half that doesnt make it a sellout. Even what your saying backs that point... Wanting 40-50k but if they wanted 50k then how is 45k a sellout??? If they set a target of 40-50 both hoped for more once again how is 45k a sellout???

    *******s:patsch

Not true....LA TIMES along with NY Post and other major news papers or online magazines have placed majority of blame on the shoulders of Floyd jr.

that poll is from january 4th, in the beginning alot of people thought floyd was in the wrong, as time went on more and more people seemed suspicious of pac, a poll today would look MUCH different

 You are a full time clown. Anything to spin it. It clearly mentions they are aiming for 40/45k and thats what the stadium has been configured for. It is expandable however, just as MGM can usually hold 17k or so, however if they really wanted, could expand it a few more seats...if they choose not to expand it, based on your logic, its not sold out

oh, I say 40-50k because I cant remember the exact number they quoted, I know it was in that region.

It is understandable that he general public will not side with Floyd.

    1. No credible evidence.
    2. He has a reputation of ducking fights and people see this as an excuse to duck again.
    3. His character is questionable making it harder for people to believe he's doing it for a greater cause. Instead they see it as a smear campaign.
    4. His family name is tarnished considering he cheated tax, his father peddled drugs, and his uncle on charges for violence - again undermining his credibility.
    5. He stand to gain on the accusation. If it is an official body requiring the test it will hold better.
    6. The accusation looks like a witch hunt since he is singling out Pacquiao.
    7. No precedence on strict USADA testing in the sport.

The cards are stacked against him in this issue. Hence the polls not backing him up.
