Pacman is headed back to pre-DLH buy rates for this one.
    No doubt about it.

The poll on here that I saw yesterday was something like 60% or 65% of people would order. And this is a hardcore fan site. This fight is going to tank with casual fans and only then will we get a true idea of the public backlash against these guys.

This fight will be fortunate to generate 500k buys.

Honestly, I think some of that is backlash from angry fans.

While initial estimates may be low, I think it will out-do a lot of people's expectations. Don't get me wrong, it won't do NEAR the numbers a PBF/Pac showdown would do, but I think there are a lot of people who would be buying and watching this fight.

the typical ESPN viewer has never heard of Clottey.

DLH, Hatton, and Cotto were all household names so this fight is a huge step down in that regards.

I'd be ready to bet big that it breaks 500K.

No they weren't certainly not in the US. It was Pac that drove the interest.

It'll do better than the Mayweather fight.

Is not a bad fight but is not the best fight that can be made. That being said it won't go higher than 300K buys! I wonder who Mayweather will fight next and if it will be a PPV :bart

Pac is global now, front cover of Time magazine, more web hits than David Beckham, Running for congress. He will easily surpass a million PPV's and the 111K he will have in the arena. This is Arums plan coming into action; they do not need Mayweather, Pac is about to erupt worldwide a la Tyson, Ali etc etc
