Are you daft? Cotto has a huge following based in NYC and Puerto Rico, the man can fight a corpse and probably get 50K to throw down $50 to watch it on PPV.

I think Arum might try to match Edwin Valero with someone to give him some exposure and set him up for a Pacman fight down the road. Valero can be sactioned to fight there. Also, if they can get Khan a fight on the undercard against a decent opponent, they will do great numbers. Arum needs to put on a show for the fans!
