I categorize sports as anything you can't do while drunk and with a mouth full of chewing tobacco. Therefore the following are not sports: Baseball, golf, billiards, and the ski jump.

Racing is extremely demanding on your body, F1 drivers have hand-eye coordination like no other athletes, insane muscle memory and constantly have to make decisions/adjustments on the fly.

Although I agree he should be in the top 20, there is one aspect about Floyd's career that will be always be questionable. If you look at the list, they all have one thing in common except for Floyd, they all had to beat the best when they were at their best. Because Floyd is the boss, he was in a position to choose who to fight and when to fight them, because of that he's been accused of picking opponents when it was more beneficial to him. I'm not taking anything away from his accomplishments and his impressive career, and I honestly don't blame him, but because boxing doesn't have an official body that dictates who fights who, when and where, it is very plausible he waited to face opponents when it was in his best interest and not necessarily when his opponents where at their best.

Honestly I have a hard time ranking baseball players, let alone car drivers and golfers, alongside athletes who compete in rigorous physical activity (American football, football, basketball, tennis, boxing, etc).

You obviously dont know what it takes to be F1 driver, it aint fat unfit drivers like in NASCAR, every single F1 driver is in tremendeus shape tey run half marathon easy, G force they feel in car is up to 5 G (fighter jet goes to 9 G) average guy would not be able to do more than few laps, they lose about 3 litres of fluids in single race...extremely hard sport average heart rate around 170 beats per minute in race, imagine that for one hour...a lot harder physically than baseball and golf for sure...

Floyd should be in the top 10 at least, top 5 IMO

If you don't think F1 drivers are athletes you need to watch the aryton senna documentary on youtube. He was the greatest racer of all time and trained like an athlete. Hitting corners at 190mph with 1 hand on the wheel and one on the shifter and constantly shifting, breaking and accelerating for many laps takes a toll on the body.

did I mention he was italian-brazilian?

I guess they will rank Floyd higher once shoulder rolling is accepted as a sport.

Federer should be at #1 on the list. Jordan wasn't even in his prime during the last 20 years.

Um yeah no, he has an epic losing record against Nadal, Nadal is his daddy and everyone knows it.

The only reason why Nadal isn't past 17 is because of his nagging injuries.

    He's top 5 though.

You can't be the greatest athlete when you're somebody's ***** for this long and this frequently.

    23-10

Your a complete idiot... Look at those competitions where they grab atheletes from various sports and compare them

    F1 drivers always rank highly
