funny enough you mention Nadal. Nadal has a definite advantage over Federer in terms of head to head but he also failed to advance in many of the hardcourt/grass tournaments that Federer was winning (before 2008/9). Nadal is by far the best clay court player the game has ever seen and soundly beats Fed on there. Nadal never faced Fed consistently on the hard/grass during Fed's prime years.

not to mention that courts have slowed down which favors a grinder like Nadal.

Nadals is a great player, I wouldn't even question anyone saying he's top 3 of all time. He wasn't nearly as consistent as Fedbot though.

    10 consecutive GS finals
23 (FUUUUCK) straight GS semi finals...that's insane. That's almost 6 straight years.

And if their testing was better, Nadal wouldn't be anyones daddy. :yep He'd just be a great clay court player.

Roger dominated with skill, like no one has as an athlete in the last two decades.

Anytime a court plays the slightest bit fast, he cries about it in the media. He seems to think that if isn't easy for him, then it's not fair.

If the courts were as fast now as they were in the 90's, he wouldn't be considered half the player he is now.

Nadal would have adjusted with the times I think. He wouldn't be able to play this moonball style and grind out matches like he does currently. Dude's amazing and I wouldn't put it past him playing just as well back in the 90s.

To be frank, Nadal is Federer's antithesis. That moonball forehand to Roger's back hand just kills Fed. It's like Nadal was created to be the guy that keeps Federer from reaching God status lol.

I think Djoker (at least the past few years) have been playing better than Nadal but I like Fed's chances over him a lot more than when he plays Nadal.

That's because Nadal was younger at the time and his body hasn't developed yet. We saw what happened in 2008 Wimbledon. :deal

Nadal is going to break 17 soon and surpass Fed

On Fed's home court, Nadal broke his Wimbledon streak. :hey

I didn't actually mean in the 90's. I was meaning the 90's courts in todays game. Roger would've beaten him much more with the speed of those courts. Roger likes the speed. Rafa, not so much.

Fed is also subborn. It's probably his biggest flaw. He wants to beat Nadal, doing what he's doing. He's a smart player. But sometimes, he seems to play Nadal without using his head.

Nadal is just a better player than Fed is. It is what it is.

Sometimes we just have to accept things, and this is one of those times. Their h2h record speaks for itself. Nadal will break that 17 and everyone knows it. 1 more US open, 3 more French and it's :hi::hi::hi:

He has already been dominating for a few years. Like it's his fault they hadn't hit their prime yet.:patsch

Nadal suddenly looking like a God on all surfaces is beyond odd.

It wasn't that long ago that they were testing the losers of grand slam matches.

Fed was good because he was in an era where he was feasting on guys like Rod****/Young Nadal

Once 2008 came along, Fed lost of this aura and Nadal started to take over.

23-10, what kind of excuses are you trying to make? :think

    Records speak for themselves.

He is already being considered a GOAT, even with all those injuries, even having missed the Aus Open, even being at 14.

His dominance in the last few years, breaktaking.
