If we are talking about ATHLETE

In the 90S....it's Roy Jones Jr !!!!

    Jordan-Woods and Jones !!

Jones is a far superior athlete than Floyd

In the 90s Jones has dominated his Sport with big fashion !!

After Pack Man beats Floyd, Triple GGG goes to 5 and Floyd drops off list. Jordan then added to honorable mention.

It's hard to compare athletes across different sports...but the thing is, boxing usually gets the short end of the stick when it comes to comparing top athletes...since 1995 the only other athletes i wouild rank above fmj would be rjj, jordan, usain bolt and randy moss.

Nobody calls the FED the goat, well nobody dumb.

How can you be goat when you've been so thoroughly bested by your rival so frequently?

    23-10.

Stats don't lie. Nadal is Federer's dad. :bbb

Roger should change his name to Roger Nadal. :yep

    Great name that is.

The majority of tennis consider Roger to be so. And the ones that don't have him right up there.

Alright MVC since we're going by "stats"...if Pacquiao beats Floyd, would you consider Pacquiao greater than Floyd?

    Tennis is different from boxing.

Rafa and Roger played in their primes (2008), Rafa bested him. Should have been a sweep too, 3 sets to 0 but Rafa did not push it and almost threw it away. :admin

They played 33 times, 23 of which went to Nadal. Nadal has proven to be the vastly better player.

So who has overtaken him in the all-time rankings post-2008?

Nadal is great, but take the clay season off the calendar and his legacy isn't as great.

Djokovic is spectacular, but he's not close yet (Fed, Nadal, Sampras, Borg, etc) - he might get there one day, but to be the greatest involves being the best consistently for longer than he has.
