It was the normal testing for disease that happens before all fights. They don't test for PEDs though. I think this test was done 24 days before the Cotto fight and 14 days before Clottey.

 

I think it was done 21 days before Hatton too. But as you just said, they're necessary tests that were scheduled to his knowledge. Of complete different nature the ones he's being asked to do.

 

Why are they different? Taking blood is taking blood, esp if the amount is about the same. Im only nervous about a test if there is a chance a may fail it. Maybe Manny is different.
