Let’s hope GGG doesn’t fight this scrub.

If Brant would just settle down and pace himself.

29-28 Murata. Murata's accurate jab and body shots carried the first two, imo...But Brant outworked RM and peppered him with a couple of nice combinations to win the third.

I thought Bryanr did enough in the first to take that round.

Brant beating Murata all over the ring.

Most of Brant's shots were caught on the guard in the 1st. I liked Murata's accuracy in that frame.

Brant is definitely the better boxer. Murata only got power and a hard face.

4th was a case of Brant's quantity and Murata's quality. Brant countered effectively in the 5th and survived a rocky moment when he was shaken by a right hand to take the frame.

Murata took the first half of the 6th with some nice hooks to the body. Brant boxed well in the second half. Another close frame in an unexpectedly close contest.

Murata pressured and roasted the ribs through 2 minutes of the 7th and then Brant came roaring back with combinations in the final minute.

This fight is turning into something kinda wonderful as it goes on.
