ESPN+: Ryōta Murata vs. Robert Brant & Maxim Dadashev vs. Antonio DeMarco RBR.

I think Murata is more one dimensional than Jurger is talented lol.

I think you're writing him off too quickly, could've been an off night for him. They were saying he flew from Japan to the USA a week ago, which isn't a lot of time to adjust.

 

Murata hype train came to a screeching halt.

 

As a fan of Murata I want him to rematch and redeem himself. Of course he doesn't deserve one but with the money in Tokyo it's possible. One thing is forsure Murata was exposed as one dimensional. I do think he can beat Brant in Tokyo on hometurf if he fights smarter but no way he beats a top MW.

 

Lol Smith beats Jurgen's ass. But then again I said Murata would beat BJS ass and that he's better than Inoue or just as good as Inoue so WTF do I know LMAO.

 

The N'Dam fight fooled many people. N'dam is a gatekeeper at best.

 

But he would have beat Lemieux and Quillin on points if he didn't get knocked down. Murata completely shut him out. I actually think Murata is good at fighting slower paced boxers. But he doesn't throw a lot so if you move a lot and overwhelm him you can outpoint him easy.

 

I would have been pissed if I had put money down on Murata with the way he was smiling at Brant. OK, you are tough, we get it, but start throwing some punches and properly defending yourself. He just seemed so slow and unable to evade punches.

 

Imagine if Golovkin had punched Murata in the face.

 

I also see lots of holes in Murata defense. He is easy to hit. At this point I just don't see him hanging with the elite of the weight class.
