Jean Pascal is actually the one getting walked down, if anything - by a guy with 12 pro matches, and only four of those stoppages.

 

Round 5

Eifert is dodging the odd high slicing haymaker from Pascal, sidestepping and sticking the jab. Pascal is hanging over to his left, chin hanging past his foot, and Eifert is still locating him with the jab with ease. Pascal has nowhere to go and doesn't seem to have any fresh ideas to stop getting hit repeatedly in the face. Jabs and 1-2s stamping him or at the very least knocking his gloves back into his gob when he tries blocking.

Round 6

Eifert is sticking and moving nicely still, his footwork and jabbing execution as tight now as in the first. Pascal on the other hand is looking ragged, despite his anemic output. Eifert snapping matador turns off the ropes and tossing grenades between Pascal's teeth with that precise jab. Eifert following up with a right cross to knock Pascal into the ropes before he can even think about getting cute with a leaping gazelle hook. Not that Pascal has much dog in him at the moment. Just following, making feeble attempts to block, and clinching for the most part. Finally a surge of activity from Pascal at the warning clap with ten seconds left, shoveling a few hooks into Eifert's body.

Absolute clean sweep halfway; Pascal almost needs a KO (a knockdown at least to not even suffer the relatively milder upset a draw would be)

 

Round 7

Eifert is throwing lots of 1-1-2s ad sometimes capping off with a third jab to punctuate as Pascal thinks his coast is clear and begins to lower his guard to conserve his energy. Pascal walking straight up to Eifert, reaching in with his own jab and grazing a few times, but his right hand is held cocked and ready without ever finding a clear opening. HUGE onslaught by Pascal coming on very abruptly, digging into the body with hooks and looping rights up top, but Eifert rolls with or blocks pretty much all of it. Big power but wasted effort.

His ring IQ was never exactly Mensa level but damn, Pascal seems to have in fact regressed quite a bit since 10-15 years ago, to go along with losing most of his quick first step athleticism.
