Please do not put Teddy Atlas in the same sentence as Max Kellerman.
Teddy is boxing, he loves the sport, he'd make a good commisioner. On the other hand Kellerman is just an egomaniac who's knowledge has come from books. Hes never been inside a ring ovbiously.
Its pretty obvious too that you are not really a boxing fan are you ??
Oh & BTW Cialis , Just For Men & Tecate beer SPONSOR Friday Night Fights that why there are so many commercials :hi::thumbsup

Kellerman is a piece of garbage, anyone looks good compared to him, even Atlas.

Not harsh at all Rumsfield, seriously. The guy is a scum bag, was always known as a creep back before he got ESPN gig. Still is known a s a creep, by his ex-fighters especially. His strong point that led to ESPN gig was cozying up to reporters and writers. At least 90% of trainers know more than him. I'm talking active pro trainers. Outside of Roach, Steward, and a few others, many are unknown. Atlas has done much less than most, yet look at how well known he is.

He put gun to Tysons head when Tyson wa steen, and turned it around to make self hero. Story about girl was bull****. Gun to head was over Tyson not taking his ****, and Cus getting pissed at things Atlas was doing.

La londe is great guy, was very good fighter, yet Atlas wanted to murder him, by own admission. Reason he admits it is because Atlas the idiot went around telling story before he became well known, by telling story himself, and saying he regretted it (in a way) was damage control. The whole Sammy Gravano thing--he stole Gravano from Edwin Viruit, who was training Gravano for a fee, Atlas offered to train Gravano free of charge, and made offer through friends Gravano knew. In his storys of it, Atlas claims he 'Had no idea who Gravano was" when he took him on. Bull****. Everyone in gym knew who he was. Atlas is a liar on that. If not for fact it was Gravano, Veruit would have beat Teddy's ass. You don't take another trainer's fighter, or client like Gravano from another trainer.

Teddy may make a great commisioner but he would make a TERRIBLE judge.

I just watched the Woods vs Cloud fight and Teddy 'the idiot' had Cloud winning by 12 ROUNDS and all he did was big up Cloud and critisize Woods.
He even scored round 8 10-8 Cloud even though it certainly wasn't.

LOL, I had Cloud by 5 and EVERY judge had it 4 rounds to Cloud.

I hope to god that Atlas is NEVER allowed to judge a fight as he is clearly senile and knows NOTHING about scoring a fight.

Teddy is incompetent as proved by his TERRIBLE scoring.

Atlas, you are indeed an idiot!

Atlas sucks, and his knowledge of boxing is not so great. They won't fire him till they have a replacement who will draw fans. By creating controversy, and promoting himself, Atlas draws viewers. He's a piece of ****, but ESPN wants ratings.

Well how is that any different from any other boxing commentator in the world? They all have their biases.

Atlas makes his comments from the trainer side he knows boxing he did something few years ago during a Michael Moore fight I will never forget pulling a cell phone after a round and imploring Michael to speak to his kid a good move to wake up Moore which was fading.

He doesn't do a bad job. He called the Urango-Bailey fight perfectly. I know it was a no-brainer but he called it. I enjoy his voice but maybe that's bc I'm from jersey.

Actually, I thought Teddy finally did a better job on the ESPN card. He was warning about the overhand right from Bailey and a second later it was landed, Urango down. Great fight but Bailey gassed it after round 7. I think he hurt his right hand with the knockdown.

If he doesnt get fired they should definetley stop showing his scorecards.

He scored a rd where Clinton woods was wobbled but not KD 10-8 for Cloud and scored the round where Bailey was KD twice 10-8 for Urango.....seriously wtf?
