Bro, stope being emotional. Neither fighter did anything. One ran, one couldn't cut off the ring.

How ironic is it that Lopez, who was beaten soundly on the back foot by Kambosos, is equally as bad as Kambosos on the front foot.

I’ll say this though, if Teo does fight Matias at some point I wouldn’t be surprised if Teo manages to shine against him. He is very inconsistent but he really does prevail when matched with the right opponents, especially ones that are more aggressive. He seems to always be at his best when the opponent is better.

It worked for Shakur. Avoiding punches is defense. This was not even a close fight, there is nothing to argue.

Ortiz was controlling the bout the whole fight. Lopez looked lost and confused and frustrated the entire time.

Well, Ortiz probably had something to do with it. I thought Lopez looked better against Taylor and he was coming forward in that fight. However, Taylor is probably shot to absolute bits.

I'm in UK and always been told in 40 years watching boxing that Americans like the aggressor in fights, they score for the man forcing the fight ...the first few rounds I thought Ortiz was doing well but by the end I just wanted Lopez to get out the ring and leave Ortiz to run around the ring until final bell on his own

Lopez still beats Kambosos though. I'm sure of it.

The fact that you say it wasn't close I can't take you serious.

Running is controlling? He stunk the joint up. This is prize fighting, not amateur.

You use the 10 Point Must Scoring System.

He outboxed his ass all night. Like I said, had Haney or Shakur put in the exact same performance, only + 100 hugs, the judges would've scored it a shutout. Running, stinking out the joint for 12 rounds, and holding and doing nothing or very little is textbook US slickness these days, commonplace and is considered a masterclass or a shutout when certain fighters do it.

Taylor is both shot to bits, and was overly aggressive through the first half of the fight, which played right into Teo's hands.
