agreed. also he'll be pointing out all possible mistakes by Vitali, making Gomez more "superior" boxer of two.

As much as I enjoy the HBO commentating crew, I'm excited about this fight being on ESPN! HBO would have probably tried to make this a PPV.:rofl

really do you even care about boxing getting back to the mainstream? and guess what its not like a commercial makes it any longer the time in between rounds will still be the same

ESPN had a title eliminator between Ibragimov and Austin in 2006.

Hope to hell it's a good lively scap now, or the casual fans will be flippin channels pretty quick!

A good 2 way battle where sombody gets brutaly KOed late (preferably Gomez)... That miight draw some fans back in. Get those Klitschko boys fighting on free TV just like the old days! Is good. :bbb:bbb

Agreed this is a world championship bout not some no name FNF card. They really shouldn't have commercial breaks in between rounds. I hope not but they most likely will.

Does Elite XC and WEC have commercial breaks in between rounds? Don't quote me but I don't think UFC fight night does and there sure as hell shouldn't be any from start to finish. Just like European Soccer and World Tennis is shown on ESPN.

don't really care bout boxing getting more mainstream, I'm annoyed as it is with Boxing "fans" that I introduced to boxing talking out of their ass. Its not like this will even do much for boxing. Wlad Klitschko had fights on ESPN before he got on HBO, hardly anyone I know watched.
