Cruz almost makes it to the end of the 3rd round before he is dropped again, and the ref waives it off. It looked like Cruz was ready for the ref to step.

 

Vences kept swinging for the fences until Cruz Sesma was belted outta the park in R3 by a hooking right on the eardrum.

Aguelo was able to really test Miguel Marriaga a couple fights ago. I wonder how the undefeated De Leon deals with him.

Double A is a live underdog. He should definitely stretch De León six. Even had this swing bout ended up slotted for eight (or ten for that matter) I'd expect the Pinoy to put in a full night's work. He was brought in to lose a decision and let EDL casually work on some things he can't entirely get in the gym from light sparring partners.
