I missed about 20 seconds in the middle of the round somewhere, but did Marriaga actually land a punch? I don't think I saw one land.

I'd rather see him fight a more skilled fighter be it Flannigan, Mikey or that Spanish-Japanese guy whose name now escpaes my head.

Why is Chenko pitty patting so much? Is he trying to go rounds for the bettors?

They'd bill it as "he's just like Salido, except bigger!!" except he's missing all of the aspects of Salido that bothered Lomachenko. The only thing he would bring to offer is his size and the current improved Lomachenko isn't Bryan V., his style is equipped to be able to disarm a much larger (but more fundamentally basic) opponent. Lomachenko would not only beat Siri in a rematch now, but if you had a 130-, 135-, or even 140lber that was an exact carbon-copy of Siri in every way, Lomachenko would beat them as well.

    Round 1 Lomachenko 10-9
    Round 2 Lomachenko 10-9

Dazzling display from Loma, walking Marriaga down with incessant head movement and feints, landing almost at will, Marriaga is apprehensive to let his hands go, he tried a few looping rights, all caught on the gloves.

Marriaga landing some nice flush shots, though. Vasyl better be careful.
