Falcão is walking down the lanky Mexican veteran and feeding him a steady diet of left crosses after flutter-feinting the southpaw jab. González for his part is hanging in, taking his chances when he sees a spot, primarily with fat jabs and lumpy rights downstairs from a sprawling crouch on the outside...but mostly allowing the Brazilian to be the first to get off - and usually first and last (sometimes only) man to land.

González is shelling up and getting peppered on the ropes as Falcão triples a throwaway jab into the guard and then bowls in lefts on the gut and plays whack-a-mole with clubbing shots, headhunting when Gonzo ducks behind those gangly arms folded & raised overhead. Falcão is whipping the flank with his right hook and creating an opening for Gonzo to plant a couple of medium-power back-foot 1-2s on the starboard ribs.
