Tarver was a really good fighter, who fought anyone, had a lot of heart and beat ATG Roy Jones, but he didnt dominate a division for 7 years like Golovkin is doing and thats a fact

I could agree with your statement but the best fighter he's fought is Jacobs at the ripe age of 35. After that, toss up between Brook a WW or Lemiew, a male model who lost to Rubio who was a Pavlik cherry pick back in the day. Come on. The division has been weak.
