Big respect going out to both Oubaali and Fernandez

if boxing has no future, these guys sure didn't get the memo

Nate Galaxxy Warrior Campbell is doing a great job as commentator, btw

The ref almost stopped the fight twice in the last round, but let it go. this is very violent.

Totally enjoyed it, also liked Lawrence *almost* getting his 1st knockout.

You think he could replace any of the commentators on HBO boxing?

Good fight, though I think Fernandez could have won it. After such success in the first round throwing body shots, Oubaali was throwing them with abandon starting in the second round with NO concern for defense or being countered. It was easy for me to see even just watching from the TV when he was going to throw, and he was open for counter punches. This was Fernandez's gameplan, but he missed a lot of good openings.

Nate has all the qualities to be an excellent commentator

he is articulate, is able to explain technical concepts without being too abstract, is FUNNY, is honest, and knows the history of the game

    shannon briggs is good too

i think both of those guys are already better than some of the guys that have been on HBO (i'm thinking of ray leonard in the past and lennox currently)

This is one of the best fights ESPN has had all year.
