    Round 9

Barboza is shuffling away from Reed, still hoping to lure him onto a big right hand. Reed gets a little overconfident with his slight dips to either side and thinks he can slip anything - but nope. Barboza shows a sudden flash of sneaky hand speed and spanks Reed by the liver with a fat but rapidly slung hook downstairs and then clips Reed on the chin with a sharper, heavier right than most of its antecedents. Reed is undeterred, shaking it off well and pressing forward, nailing Barboza with a left up top.

    10-9 Barboza, Jr., close

    88-83 Barboza, Jr.

The guy doing most of the talking is trash, they need to fire him during the broadcast. No since in waiting.

    98-92 Barboza

Gave Reed the last round. Nice nights work from Barboza, boxed very well throughout.

Reed may have won the last three rounds, and may have swiped one or two of the earlier rounds. Cards could be closer than mine, but I have it:

    Round 10

Barboza is holding the left arm up horizontally, screening out Reed's lead right jabs & hooks, and plugging Reed in the belly with rights on a decline from the chest. Reed is pushing ahead, forcing the fatigued Barboza to stand his ground after every dozen steps or so, and ripping away on the body with right hooks, sprinkling the southpaw 1-2 up top when the hands drop slightly.

    10-9 Reed, close

    97-93 Barboza, Jr.

Interesting. Once again we have the same final scorecard but have arrived via quite different routes (disagreeing on our Reed rounds, except the tenth)

I thought was a clear round for him. But his only one of the fight.
