    First shot taken by Martinez. HUGE overhand right. It turns Elegele's head and in fact carries it halfway down to his waist, doubling him over sideways. Elegele tries to melt against the ropes, hoping Martinez will prove to be a dope. Nope. Martinez waits for his next spot, and defends against the light trickle of right jabs of Elegele with thrusts of his parrying left and his bicep turned down as a shield. The long uppercuts of Elegele are landing to the body but that's it.

    Elegele dives in with a lead left to the body, right as Martinez is coming forward! Head butt! Martinez's cut is made worse! Fight stopped! The partial 8th round must be scored!

    That was not Martinez's fault. I gave the 8th round to him, which swung the fight to him.

    If I was a promoter, I wouldn't let my undefeated prospect on FNF this year.

    I thought there wasn't really a lot to go on, but Martinez hurt him early and then defended well. Elegele got a couple of digs in to the body with that left uppercut but didn't make a concerted effort to snap through and score with his jab.

    Gotta give it to AM.
